What is the Assist 2 Sell Flat Fee Program?
It's how we make full-service real estate more affordable. Instead of charging a percentage-based commission, we charge one low, flat fee to sell your home — with all the same marketing, support, and expertise you'd expect from a traditional brokerage.

How much can I save?
On average, our clients save $15,187* in commissions compared to what they'd pay with a traditional percentage-based brokerage. The more your home is worth, the more you save, since our fee doesn't scale like a percentage commission with price.

Is Assist 2 Sell really full-service?
Yes. We take care of everything a seller needs — MLS® and REALTOR.ca listing, professional photography, virtual tours, both physical and virtual open houses, paid social media advertising, interactive property websites, printed and digital feature sheets, and more. The only real difference between us and a traditional brokerage is the price.

Does the flat fee change based on my home's price?
No. Our fee stays the same no matter what your home sells for, which is exactly why higher-value homes see the biggest savings.

What areas do you serve?

We help you! We prepare a free comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis(CMA) using the same technique as appraisers. This will assist YOU in determining the correct price for your home. This approach takes into consideration the current competition of similar homes. We also review sales for the past year or so to compare market times and selling prices.
