Michael Doyle

Owner
Licensed REALTOR® for over 29 years

Michael began his real estate career in 1985, fresh out of Dalhousie University, joining the Pat King Real Estate office in Clayton Park. At the time Clayton Park was just under development and Michael’s career exploded as he sold many residential homes, apartment buildings, small commercial properties and land. During his early years Michael partnered with a fellow commercial agent and excelled both in commercial sales as well as residential properties. During this time, Michael owned a property management company that managed many properties for a group of local avid investors. When the Pat King office closed its doors, Michael joined the Montreal Trust Offices in the Bayer’s Road Shopping Centre. Many award winning agents came through the doors of the Montreal Trust Offices. Michael was a consistent MLS® award winner for many years working at a variety of offices throughout Metro such as Home Life Pat King, Sutton Group, Atlantis, Quest Realty specializing in New Home |Construction, ReMax and finally HomeWorks Realty an independent brokerage owned by his wife Lisa. During his time at HomeWorks Realty Michael was by then a registered R2000 builder himself, and ran his own construction company Signature Home Construction for several years. Michael closed his construction business as a condition of his franchise agreement when he and Lisa purchased the Assist 2 Sell franchise in 2001 and opened the first Assist 2 Sell office in Canada. Assist 2 Sell HomeWorks Realty has been a consistent award winning (top ten offices) in all North American each year since opening in 2001. Throughout his long career Michael has sold thousands of residential homes, new construction homes, and commercial properties.

Outside of his busy real estate profession, Michael is a resident of Portland Hills in Dartmouth where he reside with this wife Lisa and two children. He is an avid investor and golfer and enjoys spending time at his recreation home in the prestigious Reunion Golf Resort in Kissimmee Florida. He is a licensed airplane pilot and is currently working towards his dream of owning an ocean going trawler.

When you are a client of Assist 2 Sell, you become a client of the entire team and can benefit from the support and experience of all members. With over 30 years under our belt and thousands of completed transactions, the agents at Assist 2 Sell are highly skilled and experienced. Newer licensed agents go through a rigorous mentoring period working as an assistant to our team leader Michael Doyle prior to working on a transaction on their own. As such, the general public can be assured that the agent representing their interests is fully skilled to do so.  At Assist 2 Sell we endeavor to provide a superior level of informed professional services for a very reasonable fee.

Lisa resides in Dartmouth with her husband and two children. Although she takes great pride in the success of her brokerage, her greatest joy is being a mom to her two children. AAA Replica Watches Group brandslike Certina, Tissot, and Longines are using Rolex Replica ETA movement, some times even those made exclusive to these brands, while Omega, Blancpain and Breguet have a strong focus on developing and manufacturing their own movements So, welcome to the Replica Rolex pit of mechanical movements. Confused? Don??t be! Replica Hermes Handbags The only thing that is really important is: is an in-house manufactured movement better than those from 3rd party suppliers? The short and simple answer is: No, an in-house movement is not a quality seal or by definition worth the extra money. An in-house movement might make a watch manufacturer more interesting, as they can show they have the Replica Handbags knowledge and or craftsmanship
