Commissions by law are negotiable. Our Sellers have the option to pay another outside Brokerage a fee if they choose, which fee may be significant. Our LOW FLAT FEE also applies on the MLS® when Assist-2-Sell, HomeWorks Realty is the sole brokerage involved in the transaction. We accept no money up front and only get paid for our results on the closing day. On the MLS® the Seller will offer a co-operating broker a fee. Our FLAT FEE varies: $0-$200,000 = $2995; $200,000-$300,000 = $3995; $300,000-$400,000 = $4995 etc.
